Visual Arts
Come and explore the world of visual art, and focus on an area in which you'd like to grow. The School of Art at the International Music Camp offers opportunities for students to study with outstanding artist-teachers who are experts in their disciplines, while residing in the beautiful International Peace Garden. The one-week School of Art is held during Session 6, and is open to middle school and high school students. A basic art class is designed for young artists, and provides many different artistic experiences and media. Other programs are offered in drawing, painting with acrylics and watercolours, sculpture and cartooning. Our popular Digital Photography camp takes place during Sessions 2 & 3. A public exhibition caps off each week. Special programs are offered for teachers, too! And, if you're a middle school student looking for your first IMC experience, check out the Middle School Art camp during Session 1.
