2012 Youth Harmony Festival
The 3rd Annual Youth Harmony Festival will be held at International Music Camp on Saturday, September 29, 2012. We're building on the overwhelming success of the 2010 and 2011 Festivals, and are very excited to present it once again! This one-day event is open to 12-18-year-old musicians, and will feature a day of a cappella singing and barbershop harmony. Registration begins at 8:30 AM in the Burdick Center at IMC. A 4:30 PM concert will conclude the day.
Clinicians include Paula Potosky and Scott Reimer from Winnipeg. Special guest performers are Antiphony a cappella ensemble from Winnipeg, Fallcreek quartet from Grand Forks, and nStyle quartet from Winnipeg.
Registration materials be downloaded and printed, and postcard reminders will be sent to teachers and schools. There is a $25 per person fee, which covers all the music, lunch and a t-shirt. Overnight lodging Friday night is available for a small fee. Sign up today for this "must do" vocal event of the fall season!! Reserve your spot and a t-shirt by registering before September 21.
