Multi-Week Discount

Students registering for more than one week will receive $10.00 off the tuition cost for each additional week they are at camp. This discount does not include the University Prep Program and may not be used in conjunction with the Early-Early Bird Discount (registered by Jan 15).

Group Rate Discount

A $10.00 group rate discount is available for schools registering 20 or more students. (Group rates apply to students registering for full-week sessions only.) Contact the IMC office for more information. (The $10.00 “multi-week discount” may not be applied to the group rate.)

Payment

The basic fee covers room, meals, and tuition. Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. EARLY REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED. A $100.00 USD non-refundable registration deposit for each session enrolled, payable to the INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CAMP, must accompany all registration forms. The deposit will be applied towards the total fee for the course. The balance of the fee is payable upon registering at the camp on Sunday, or may be prepaid by sending payment to the INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CAMP. Payments received in Canadian Funds will be applied at the current exchange rate the day your fees are received. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. (If paying by credit card, please enclose card number, expiration date and the name of the cardholder.)

Cancellations
  • Students canceling before May 15 will be refunded all but $25.00 processing fee.
  • Students canceling after May 15, and before their session begins, will be refunded all but the $100.00 deposit.
  • NO REFUND will be made once a session begins!
  • A canceled registration deposit may be transferred to a student not already registered.
Scholarships

Scholarships may be available through various community resources. The INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CAMP does not offer scholarship opportunities. Contact your school’s music and art instructors or community service organizations for information regarding possible local scholarship support.
